We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Residential Fit-Out to manage and oversee the execution of high-end residential interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical activities on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design and contractual requirements, while meeting deadlines and budget targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in residential interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of Interior Fit-out processes, finishing materials, and MEP integration.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with local building regulations and construction safety standards.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating fit-out works from start to finish.
• Liaise with architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely execution of works.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
