Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Civil Engineer to join our team in Athens, undertaking the monitoring, coordination, and management of technical and construction projects. Responsibilities Manage and monitor the implementation of technical and construction projects throughout all project phases. Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities. Support and supervise the preparation and review of building and technical studies. Manage contractual obligations, correspondence, and project documentation. Monitor project progress through project control procedures and reporting mechanisms. Support the technical maturation and readiness of projects prior to implementation and tendering phases. Identify project risks, delays, or technical challenges and propose mitigation measures. Participate in technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience in Project & Contract Management of technical and construction projects. Proven previous experience in technical studies, project controls, and project development is required. Strong organizational and coordination skills within complex and multidisciplinary project environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Familiarity with engineering and construction standards and procedures. Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
