EXPERIENCE

• 5 years previous experience working in a manufacturing environment ideally food manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation and quality standard
• Experience in managing a team

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) - HND/HNC educated candidates will also be considered with relevant experience
• Mechanical engineering design experience
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

• Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams when required
• Technical fault-finding
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities for new and existing equipment
• Improve and develop engineering practices
• Prepare and execute project plans for new installations
• Assist the maintenance department as required
