Responsibilities:

Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer to join us on multiple renewable energy projects on a 2/1 roster. Some of your key responsibilities will include;

  • Prepare scope of work for projects, ensuring clear project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage and execute engineering projects, including feasibility studies, design, implementation, and commissioning.
  • Prepare and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and WHSE (Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and technical challenges.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and site teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across project operations.
