Wordwide Wheel Speed Sensor lead development interface which means contact window of our lead development in China to all worldwide regional customer projects and production plants: setting up communication plans, leading meetings, reporting and escalation to management 2. Project management of lead development tasks like series support topics, plant support topics or supply chain topics (scope, quality, cost, time, risk management) 3. Collaboration w/ product mgmt. for market information and competitor products as input to plan and lead benchmarking activities 4. Cost down idea generation, development and implementation 5. Make sure that our platform development is following our product engineering process Qualifications Fluent English both in writing and speaking. Technical background in Mechanics/Electronics, Master’s degree is preferred Basic know-how in design and process validation and ability to apply mechanical, electronics, software, engineering specific legislation know-how. Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools. Understanding of customer specific development process and knowledge of data evaluation. Good communication skills and can work under pressure, work with initiative and cooperation. Good leadership capabilities and high efficiency. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to define priorities. Automotive industry background is preferred.
