Brief Job Description: The Site Factory Coordinator: Responsible for organization and coordinating product finalization, packing and material control of the outgoing projects from the factory. This role is essential in guaranteeing that workflow, product quality is transferred from the factory to the site. Factory to site coordinator is site crew eyes and ears in the factory and the main point of contact. Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.) Supporting design, deployment engineering and R&D through knowledge and experience. Supporting production supervisors and factory foremen through knowledge and experience. Preparing project site execution in the factory. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and warehouse, logistic to ensure successful project transition. Being a link between factory and site management regarding work material, schedule, quality, observations tracking, packing and logistic. Tracking factory works, material lists and packing during assembly phase. Coordination between factory and site. Prepare detailed progression reports to share it with PM and Construction manager. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices. Giving feedback to stakeholders and LL presentations. Close collaboration with warehouse and logistic and feedback to the site team. Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: High school degree in civil engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in the field. Additional / Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to do overtime and weekend work at the factory. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Good written and verbal communication and language skills. Minimum B2 English level. Physical & Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.) This position involves a combination of mostly factory work, office work, and occasional on-site travel at various project locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in different environments and adapt to changing conditions.
