In Canada, our Victoria, BC-based Service Hub supports clients locally and across the region, helping them operate safely and efficiently with technical assistance, spare parts and equipment throughout the life cycle of their vessels.

As Project Engineer, your main duties will include:

• Lead and oversee the execution of commercial projects from initiation to completion, including writing specifications for larger commercial projects.
• Provide warranty support across multiple vessels and a wide variety of customers.
• Assess and respond to incoming warranty requests from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer proactive solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
• Coordinate, monitor, and occasionally supervise service activities on-site.
• Ensure technical preparation of assignments, including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to customers as required
• Plan and carry out all activities in compliance with the company’s HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) standards.
