Job Position Manage end-to-end solar rooftop projects, oversee design compliance, coordinate stakeholders, ensure quality, resolve issues, report progress, and meet regulatory standards.Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise the end-to-end implementation of Solar Rooftop projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Review electrical and structural engineering designs to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution according to the installation plan. Oversee on-site quality control (QA/QC), including inspection of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical components. Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and propose preventive and corrective solutions to improve installation efficiency. Prepare project progress reports, commissioning reports, and handover documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all project activities comply with PEA/MEA/DEDE standards and other relevant government regulations. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. Experience in Solar Rooftop installation or electrical system projects is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret SLDs, system layouts, and wiring diagrams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with teams and external contractors. Able to work on-site across different provinces. Possessing a Professional Engineering License (กว.) is a plus. Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score) Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible
