PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Revit is a plus
• Familiarity with commercial construction, building code compliance, and engineering standards
• Ability to perform and document structural calculations using both software and hand methods
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to contribute to cross-office project teams

• Develop and execute engineering analyses and designs from schematic through final documentation
• Coordinate with drafting teams and review drawings to ensure technical accuracy
• Collaborate with external architects, engineers, and contractors to align design goals
• Ensure code compliance and adherence to engineering best practices
• Apply standard details and markups to construction documents
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Participate in Construction Administration (CA) activities and interdisciplinary team efforts
• Receive and implement feedback from supervisors to grow technical and leadership capabilities
