We are looking for an experienced and confident Project Engineer to lead architectural and construction projects across both office and site environments. This is a client-facing position requiring strong technical expertise, design sensibility, and the ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
The ideal candidate will have a solid architectural foundation, hands-on experience in CAD drafting, metal fabrication, design development, and a proven track record of managing on-site project delivery. Acting as the key liaison between clients, office teams, fabrication partners, and site operations, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution from concept to completion.

• Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through installation, ensuring alignment between design intent, production capabilities, and site realities.
• Act as the primary technical representative for clients—translating ideas into practical solutions while managing expectations with professionalism and authority.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and refinement of detailed CAD drawings and technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.
• Lead the design development and execution of architectural and metal fabrication projects, safeguarding design integrity through production and installation.
• Supervise on-site works, resolve complex technical issues quickly, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables—reporting progress regularly while proactively addressing risks or delays.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, material selection, fabrication methods, and installation practices.
