Join our Services APAC team within the Services division in Australia as a Project Engineer and help us take our Maitland Service Centre to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to engage and collaborate across teams and with clients. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in estimation, contracts, and tenders.
  • Proven ability in technical report writing.
  • Experience in cost control, strategy, or project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the critical link between our workshop, sales team, and valued clients. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting workshop operations and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Partnering with the sales team to achieve financial targets.
  • Acting as the go-to connection between clients and workshop teams.
  • Monitoring workshop activities and reporting outcomes back to customers.
  • Preparing technical reports, calculations, and design solutions.
  • Coordinating reverse engineering and liaising with engineering teams.
  • Managing estimation processes and liaising with vendors on technical and commercial matters.
  • Driving safety and quality standards across all activities.
