· Supervise and coordinate all power system and switchgear projects from initiation to completion.
· Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality execution of tasks.
· Conduct and review power system studies (load flow, short circuit, relay coordination, arc flash).
· Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical panels and switchgear.
· Ensure technical accuracy in drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
· Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
· Review and approve technical reports, project documentation, and testing results.
· Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocations, and escalate issues to management when needed.
· Mentor, train, and guide engineers/technicians for professional growth.
· Lead project progress meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
