As a Project Engineer, you design and calculate mechanical installations and structures.
You work out factory design issues such as layout, routing, and equipment setup.
The Project Engineer draws up specifications for equipment, steel structures, and installation components.
You test designs against applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.
You prepare progress, quality, and cost reports.
You establish trade-specific (mechanical) standards and oversee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Job requirements:A completed higher professional or university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Relevant work experience in engineering is a plus.
In possession of VOL-VCA or willing to obtain it
Knowledge of applicable norms, guidelines, and industry standards
Good command of the Dutch and English languages
Affinity with sustainability and innovation within the industry
Willingness to work at client locations (occasionally)
