JOB DESCRIPTION (OVERVIEW):
The PROJECT ENGINEER will:
· Support the Project Managers in the execution of contracts assigned to the Project team.
· Be responsible for scheduling and co-ordinating all Project related activities, internally and externally, required for the execution of Contracts to supply equipment or services.
· Liaise with the Client and ensure that all Project deliverables required under the terms of the Contract are delivered in accordance with the Project Schedule.
· Ensure the procurement of goods and services required to supply the deliverable detailed in the Contract.
· Oversee Project expenditure and ensuring budgets are adhered to or improved where possible
Familiarise yourself with TFM’s Project Execution Matrix and follow the outlined process unless told otherwise. Any possible improvements that are identified must be raised with the Head of Projects or a Director for discussion. Any potential suggestion should not be followed until it has been successfully adopted into the revised matrix.
