Refrigeration Installation Project Management Trainee (Student Position) Are you an engineering student ready to move beyond theory and gain real project experience? Join our team and step into the world of refrigeration and HVAC project delivery, where you’ll learn how complex installations come together from planning to execution. What You’ll Do As a Project Management Trainee, you’ll be an active part of our project team, supporting the coordination of refrigeration installation projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of installation projects * Supporting project administration, documentation, and reporting * Helping prepare and update installation schedules and project plans * Collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, System Engineering, and After Sales teams * Communicating with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and field technicians * Contributing to offer preparation and project proposals * Coordinating site activities, deliveries, and technician schedules * Participating in site visits and supporting project follow-up * Assisting in preparing handover documentation for customers and After Sales Who We’re Looking For * You are currently studying or recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering or a related field * You have strong organizational and communication skills * You’re interested in project management and technical installations * You enjoy working in teams and can manage multiple tasks at once * You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools * You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn * You’re open to occasional travel to project sites What You’ll Gain * Hands-on experience in real-life project coordination * Insight into refrigeration systems and technical installations * Mentoring from experienced project managers * Development of both technical and business skills * Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
