Report to the Bridge Works Manager within our Road Maintenance & Resilience division and will be based at our office in Wagga Wagga. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of Bridge projects that make a real impact across the network. Your role will be focused on delivering the safe, efficient, and effective planning and execution of bridge projects, ensuring they meet all legislative, client, and customer requirements.
You will lead and inspire multi-disciplinary site teams to work safely, collaboratively, and with a strong customer focus. You’ll be a driver of innovation, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and resourcing methods. You’ll also take the lead in administering and delivering contracts, acting as the representative on selected agreements.
Please note this is a Temporary Full Time hybrid role based in Waga Waga for up to 12 Months. Travel will be required to meet business deliverables.
