We are now looking for a Project Engineer for Flow Control Business Line in Mining and Metals industry.

This position is permanent, and it locates in Lappeenranta, Finland.
As a Project Engineer, you have an active role as a member of the delivery project team and you are responsible for clarifying industrial valve and pumps technical details together with customer and project manager.
Customer satisfaction of the project deliveries is our high priority. Project Team is responsible for continuous development to maintain and increase our competitiveness in project delivery cost, flexibility, lead time and punctuality.

This role includes following responsibilities

• Responsible for clarifying industrial valve and pump technical details
• Care of technical definition and change management
• Managing document approval process
• Customer inspections and final documentation
• Supporting role in product and quality documentation

To succeed in this role you should have

We are looking for a customer and business orientated person with good technical skills, who’s work style is independent, and you take your responsibilities forward in good collaboration with others. To be successful in this position, you need the following skills:

• Solid track record in various project execution tasks
• Relevant technical background (B.Sc or M.Sc degree)
• Customer and business orientated person with good technical skills
• Knowledge of MS Office tools proficiently; other systems, like Salesforce, knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent English and Finnish language capabilities
• Willing to travel if necessary
• Most importantly, you have great learning and problem solving skills.
