TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
  Knowledge of network and system design.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fence Intrusion Detection System) or in Building/Industry Automation.

• Understand and familiarize with assigned project requirements.
• Define, request, negotiate, and deploy the right resources within project timeline and budget.
• Plan, organize, and schedule project activities in coordination with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate and liaise on technical matters related to products, systems, and installations.
• Initiate and attend meetings, actively participating in all project-related discussions.
• Monitor and control on-site and off-site project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Prepare and provide progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct testing based on project requirements.Execute project cost estimates diligently and ensure overall project profitability.
