About the Role
We are looking for a Project Support Engineer to play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and aligning project goals with organizational objectives. In this role, you will support project activities, monitor progress, provide technical assistance, and contribute to process improvements—all while ensuring compliance with aviation standards.
BAM operates under Part 21, meaning the focus is on new product development within aviation. Projects can range from delivering cabling solutions to mission consoles for government agencies worldwide.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will both lead projects and support other project managers. Your key tasks will include:
Planning, coordinating, and following up on projects from start to delivery.
Ensuring project timelines and quality requirements are met.
Providing technical support and input throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintaining ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Traveling occasionally within Europe (about 4 trips per year).
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with a technical background, preferably in engineering, and at least two years of experience in a technical and project-based role. You don’t need prior experience in project management, but you should be excited about it and eager to grow in that direction!

Have experience in the aviation, automotive, or industrial sectors.
Have arelevant academic degree.
Be curious, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
Be a social and open-minded person who thrives in a flat organization.
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with customers.
Have Swedish citizenship.Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
Additional Information Start Date: As soon as possible, preferably before summer.
Location: Bromma.
