Overview We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the delivery of Workplace Technology Solutions across client environments. This role involves on-site project execution, technical coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of integrated workplace systems. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end project delivery for Workplace Technology Solutions, including AV, IT infrastructure, unified communications, and smart workplace systems Work on-site at client locations to oversee installations, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide implementation and ensure alignment with design specifications Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Conduct site surveys, assessments, and documentation of technical requirements Ensure all installations comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements Perform system testing, integration, and user acceptance support (UAT) Provide technical support during and post-deployment Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings and reports Proven experience in Workplace Technology Solutions (AV systems) is a must Must have experience working on-site at client locations in a project delivery capacity Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Good understanding of networking fundamentals, AV systems, and integrated technologies Experience with systems such as video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), access control, or IoT workplace solutions Knowledge of project management methodologies Why Join us Opportunities to work on regional projects with global brands.
