EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Demonstrable experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong fault-finding skills and hands-on engineering capabilities
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma
• Experience with automation or PLC systems
• Knowledge of equipment validation and compliance standards
