Description Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and PTO after 30 days! Summary: In charge of designated projects and meeting customer expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Planning, administering, and completing assigned projects Working with projects that cross multiple functional areas, such as facilities, operations, marketing, or administration. These assignments vary in length and complexity, but are generally not permanent Must be able to meet and exceed customer expectations by assuring on-schedule, high quality deliverables Evaluates manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests Maintains product and company reputation by complying with governmental regulations Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs, entering data Requirements Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.1-3 years of experience in a professional role
