POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Engineering and Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering, planning, design, and construction processes for a variety of projects. The role combines technical engineering knowledge with strong leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering and construction management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
  Work Environment: Primarily based in office settings with frequent site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety, and meet with the construction team.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
