AeroSpec is seeking a motivated Project Engineering Intern to help with the design and developmental processes for our cutting-edge automation projects. This individual will support project managers in coordinating high level engineering and automation projects and tasks while ensuring efficient and successful execution of all project goals. Essential Functions: Assist Project Managers with project planning to include project objectives, schedule, resources, and budget Utilize available project management tools and submits frequent status updates of the project process Identify potential risks and offer solutions that impact direction, cost, and timelines Utilize standard Agile practices to conduct sprint planning across 3-5 multi-disciplined teams Conduct daily stand-ups and scrums for each team Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Conduct the sprint retrospective meetings and effectively implement lessons learned into future sprints Requirements: Fluent in basic engineering principles, documents, and workflows Strong team player with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Project Expeditor experience, a plus Hands-on experience with CAD and associated PDM/EDM, a plus Agile Project Management experience, a plus Benefits: Excellent growth and promotion opportunities Competitive wages, dependent on experience Training opportunities About AeroSpec AeroSpec is a leader in design-engineer-build solutions for manufacturing.
