Are you ready to take the reins on game-changing engineering initiatives that shape the future of industrial technology? We’re seeking a Project Engineering Lead to champion high-impact programs at our Industrial Technologies and Services Americas HQ in Quincy, IL or our Springfield or Sedalia, MO sites
In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead the charge on strategic Innovate to Value (i2V), New Product Development (NPD), and New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects—driving forward our industry-leading Positive Displacement Blower and Blower Package product lines. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, taking mission-critical projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring best-in-class technical execution, on-time delivery, and cost effectiveness. Your work will directly align with our Making Life Better (MLB) vision and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives—making a tangible impact on both our customers and the business.
But this role is more than just execution. As a strategic thought leader, you’ll shape long-term technology and product roadmaps, support forecasting and portfolio planning, and influence the direction of future innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally, building trust-based partnerships with engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership—guiding teams through complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
