Description
Oversee all engineering and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across various locations, including internal and external resources. Manage engineering schedules, forecasts, and recovery planning to maintain project timelines. Ensure strict adherence to the Engineering Design Change Notification (EDCN) process. Analyze client technical requirements during the Budgetary Quotation (BQ) and proposal phases to develop engineering Ensure strict adherence to the Engineering Design Change Notification (EDCN) process. Ensure full compliance with the EDCN process through regular monitoring. Provide technical approvals for Commercial Variation Orders (VORs) or Management of Change (MOC) requests. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) from an accredited university. 10+ years of industry experience, particularly in production facilities or process package engineering. Strong leadership capabilities in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams, both on-site and remote. Experience managing technical discussions with clients and delivering technical presentations. High level of initiative, decision-making, and prioritization skills. Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as ASME, API, NFPA, IEC, NEC. Experience participating in HAZOP and other safety studies, as well as model reviews. Operation and constructability workshop experience is a plus.
