SUMMARY

Supports business development by preparing technical proposals, estimates, and project documentation. Acts as the bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure projects are accurately defined and smoothly transitioned into execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology or related discipline.
• Desire 2–10 years of experience in technical sales support, estimating, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications, preference given to water and wastewater experience
• Proficient with MS Office; CAD and SolidWorks familiarity an asset.
• Excellent communication (Spoken and Written), organization, and attention to detail.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
• Review drawings and specifications to develop technical solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and technical data.
• Support the sales team with technical input during customer discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals and revisions.
• Assist with project handoff to operations and project managers.
