• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the technical and production aspects of projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Prepare project and/or material sales cost estimations and present quotes to customers.
• Provide ongoing communication and collaboration with the engineering department, customer, and Company Management to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with Company Management regarding the production schedule and timeline for completion of materials.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout project implementation, providing regular communication and any necessary follow-up.
• Facilitate/arrange shipment of materials to the customer.
• Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain positive working relationships within the company.
