Job Description
1. Review the Tender Documents for discrepancy or missing documents 2. Supervise the estimation team that consists of Estimators, Sr Estimators & PMS operators and control the workflow within the team 3. Finalize fabrication & erection man-hours, paint areas and various specialty items 4. Review all reports, lists and summaries generated by Estimators / Senior Estimators against the client requirements 5. Review and summarize Material Lists & Material specifications to identify shortfalls in Client / Contractor supply lists and to be used for obtaining Quotes 6. Obtain necessary inputs for Pricing of Painting Materials & Labour / Equipment /Passive Fireproofing / Coating 7. Verify the physical receipt of quotations meeting the required specifications from procurement 8. Prepare lists of installation, testing & commissioning, spares and special tools 9. Compute the unit rate cost based on the man-hours and material prices lists 10. Prepare Bid Tabs for Subcontract Works 11. Provide necessary assistance to all aspects related to Tenders / Projects/ Proposals
Skills Required
1. Three-year technical Diploma Course or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering. 2. Good Written & Spoken English. 3. Has good knowledge & experience of working on PC based Estimation Programmes in MS Excel. 4. Min. 09 years of experience in Multi-Discipline estimation coordination in Oil & Gas Industry. 5. Familiar with ANSI / ASME codes / standards. 6. Familiar with ADNOC and ARAMCO Design Standards.
