What You’ll Get to Do As a Project Estimator, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our projects by providing detailed, accurate cost estimates and managing multiple bids with precision. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to bring architectural visions to life. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed project estimates and take-offs from architectural drawings and specifications. Supporting internal and external partners — including customers, vendors, architects, engineers, and our sales team — through the estimation process. Providing timely market feedback and following up on bids to maintain competitiveness. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization. Monitoring project costs, tracking margins, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Maintaining comprehensive records, bid documents, and correspondence. Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and fostering a culture of workplace safety. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering quality work. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estimating or project management (construction or glazing preferred). Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Strong math, geometry, and analytical skills. Proficient with estimating tools, on-screen takeoff systems, and Excel spreadsheets. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Knowledge of aluminum glazing systems, doors, and hardware is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Glazier Studio preferred. Experience with Curtainwall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows fabrication or installation is beneficial.
