ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a good opportunity for a self-starting, experienced estimator who works in a supportive, flexible work environment on various projects with the ability to upskill themselves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Evaluate project scope to take off quantities of Architectural works
· Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare cost estimates
· Preparation of detailed and accurate bill of quantities and take offs markups
· Preparation of tender documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
