POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is accountable for the advancement of projects to the construction stage including coordination with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), as required by exempt and Projects of Division Interest (PoDI) project procedures; preparation and submittal of authorization requests of state Federal-Aid (FA) projects; and advancement of state projects from final design to letting stage. This position also assists the districts with highway financing.
