This is a client-facing, individual contributor role where you will be entrusted with leading your own projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering high standards of execution. You will also be given room to grow your capability in end-to-end event management, from planning to delivery.

• Take ownership of building event timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while aligning closely with the management for overall direction and support
• Lead client communications across your projects, ensuring clear, timely updates and a strong focus on client excellence
• Pitch fresh, creative event ideas to clients, bringing their brand stories to life through thoughtful, engaging experiences
• Set clear goals and execution plans for each event, ensuring alignment with client expectations and overall project objectives
• Drive the day-to-day execution of your projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
• Manage and track project budgets, and explore smart, resourceful ways to optimise spending
• Ensure workflows, timelines, and quality standards are followed at every stage of planning and delivery
• Provide regular updates to management on progress, key milestones, and any emerging risks
• Propose improvements to strengthen how we plan and execute events, contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement
• Stay informed on current event trends and digital activations, incorporating relevant ideas into your client solutions
• Support post-event wrap-ups, including reporting on wins, client feedback, and opportunities to improve
