Responsibilities

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Project & Events Coordinator to join our team, where you’ll help coordinate exciting projects that contribute to Mamamia’s audience growth and digital offerings. Working with supportive team members, you’ll assist in managing commercial partnership initiatives.

  • Drive consumer revenue projects from strategy through to completion, ensuring timely delivery
  • Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact
  • Manage the delivery of both internal and external events when needed
  • Resolve cross-team challenges to keep projects moving forward
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track performance metrics
  • Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers and resources
