Overview The Project Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement in project management practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all projects. This role supports project teams by implementing standards, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall project performance Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain project management standards and best practices * Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with goals * Conduct audits and identify risks and improvement opportunities * Support project managers with tools and guidance * Drive continuous improvement and track KPIs * Ensure governance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field * 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or process improvement * Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera) * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
