End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for fabrication projects from contract award through to delivery and close-out, ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, budget, safety, quality, and GF technical standards. Project Planning & Execution Control: Develop and manage detailed execution plans, milestones, and schedules in collaboration with local PFC teams, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, delays, and delivery challenges. Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary customer contact during execution, providing structured updates, managing expectations, and coordinating internal stakeholders across engineering, production, QA/QC, procurement, and logistics. Technical & Documentation Oversight: Ensure timely delivery and control of key technical documentation, including IFC drawings, BOMs, ITPs, and submittals, while managing technical clarifications, deviations, and approvals with engineering teams. Financial & Contractual Performance: Monitor budgets, profitability, variations, EOTs, and change orders, supporting forecasting and margin tracking while ensuring contractual compliance across all project activities. Onsite Supervision & Project Support Coordination: Establish and oversee onsite supervision structures for major projects, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project scope and contractual requirements.
