REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Experience in Healthcare/ Events/ Project management an advantage
• Possess strong communication skill and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams
• IT Savvy

• Manage a team of part time screening assistants to ensure seamless execution of screening projects
• Liaise with client for project implementation including site recce and set up, publicity, logistics, client servicing and service recovery
• Coordinate internal resources and interface with third party vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Manage client and participant enquiries in an expedient manner
• Ensure project performance
• Assist in start to end tasks as required to ensure smooth site completion
