QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing complex commercial projects (e.g., office, retail, industrial, mixed-use).
  • Strong preconstruction experience including budgeting, value engineering, and subcontractor buyout.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll serve as the senior point of contact for clients, lead internal teams, and play a key role in business development and strategic planning.

  • Provide executive oversight on all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and execution.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with estimating and business development teams to secure new work.
  • Monitor project financials, risk, and performance metrics.
