REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering with 3 years experience in the construction industry.
• Preferably with experience in waterproofing system.
• Knowledge of risk management and safety in construction
• Class 3 driving license with driving allowance if own vehicle

• Understand full work scope of quotation.
• Preparation of safety documents for submission before start of work.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and reminder to client 1 day prior to work commencement
• Ensure site team prepare necessary tools and materials prior.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Be on site before site team arrives to ensure smooth entry to site.
• Daily reporting of manpower and work done.
• Ensure proper safety and protection done before start of work to prevent incidents and accidental property damage.
• Responsible for all materials and progress of works and to update Operations Manager regularly.
• Update project photos daily at the end of day.
• Weekly report for project sites.
• Obtain signatory for satisfactory completion from client to pass to office for invoicing.
