· Promoting, marketing and selling company product range to the customers.
· Following up leads and contacts from various sources to materialize sales
· Site visitation and measurement to confirm bill of materials for quotation purposes.
· Site visitation to review the technical issues and confirm readiness for flooring installation.
· Technical support on the product specs and quality standards.
· Compile and proper filing of all product testing reports, documentation and certifications.
· Provide training and development to customers on existing and new product specs,
· Involve in claim handling, site visitation, problem solving and reportings locally and overseas.
· Assist in all aspects of operation and management of the QA/QC and technical department.
· Involve in logistic and sub-contractor installation arrangement.
· Payment handling and collection base the stated policy and procedures.
· After sales services and supports to customers including complaints and claim handlings.​
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
