CORE MISSION: Field Technicians are responsible for the research, investigation, control, collection and establishment of information in the field. As part of a land surveying team, Field Technicians use their training, education, and experience to contribute to all stages of project delivery.  REQUIREMENTS * An associate or bachelor's degree in geomatics, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.   * Certified Survey Technician (CST) credential is beneficial.  SKILLS & UNDERSTANDING * Proficiency with data collection instruments such as GPS, total stations, scanners, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV).  * Competency in research, calculations, control, and interpreting construction documents and specifications.  * Capability to perform technical reviews, follow quality assurance plans and execute quality control processes.  * Ability to problem-solve, communicate and collaborate with peers and project stakeholders.  * Ability to work safely, outdoors, and in varying terrain and weather conditions.  EXPECTATIONS FOR THE "PROJECT" TITLE * Are established practitioners with consistent, competent and developing abilities across categories of project planning, technical aptitude and teamwork. * Has at least 5 years of relevant experience. LOCATION * This position is in person at the Headquarters Office in Clovis, California and requires overnight travel for meetings and site visits.
