Our client, a reputable regional bank, is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for their Project Finance team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Banking industry, playing a crucial role in driving the project finance business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or relevant Fields.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of Project Finance experience in relevant financial institutions.
• Skills: Meticulous, excellent communicator, analytical, collaborative, solutions-oriented and strong business acumen.

• Origination and Structuring: Identify, evaluate, and structure complex project finance transactions across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and renewable energy.
• Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment to evaluate project viability and mitigate potential risks.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of project finance loans, including regular reviews, covenant compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank’s project finance strategy, identifying new opportunities and innovative solutions.
