Your tasks

• You are responsible for the acquisition, structuring, arrangement and implementation of financing in various energy and infrastructure sectors and analyze their economic viability, risk profile and profitability.
• You manage due diligence processes, conduct technical and commercial valuations, analyze industry trends, and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. You also structure financing solutions, are responsible for cash flow modeling and sensitivity analyses, and negotiate financing terms and complex financing documentation.
• You will lead internal approval processes and coordinate collaboration with risk, legal, syndication, operations and other relevant functions, as well as with regional and senior management.
• You create customer-oriented marketing materials and transaction presentations, develop financing solutions and capital structures, and actively drive the growth of the project finance business.
• You are responsible for the active portfolio management of ongoing transactions, including covenant monitoring, the assessment of developing credit risks, and the analysis, structuring, and negotiation of credit-related contract amendments and waivers.
• You continuously monitor trends in the infrastructure and energy sectors, actively contribute to achieving Deutsche Bank's sustainability and ESG goals, and support the professional development of younger team members.
