Job Purpose: Head – Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end production of precast concrete elements within the factory, ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety, quality, and cost objectives. The role exists to maximize plant efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and deliver defect-free precast products on time, while fostering innovation, sustainability, and capability building in the production team.

Responsibilities

The Head of Projects is tasked with leading and supervising the complete production cycle of precast concrete elements inside the factory, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, quality standards, and cost targets. This position aims to maximize plant efficiency, optimize resource use, and guarantee the timely delivery of defect-free precast products while promoting innovation and team capability.
