Responsibilities
  • Owning the entire sales order journey—from the first enquiry right through to delivery.
  • Processing orders, raising purchase orders, booking service calls, and keeping stock/delivery timelines on track.
  • Being the go-to communicator—updating customers and construction site supervisors on orders, deliveries, and any hiccups along the way.
  • Coordinating with our Transport Teams to ensure seamless delivery for every project.
  • Collaborating across departments to make sure our commercial clients have a five-star experience every time
