Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager – Oil & Gas to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and QHSE objectives. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to achieve project goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities * Define, clarify, and communicate project scope to all relevant stakeholders. * Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements. * Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, quality, schedule, and cost targets. * Develop project milestones and objectives and ensure project teams meet performance standards. * Establish project baselines, track project progress, and conduct regular project status reporting. * Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring proper approvals are obtained. * Maintain frequent communication with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively. * Align team direction, delegate tasks appropriately, and motivate team members. * Manage external vendors, subcontractors, and outsourced resources. * Support project accounts receivable and accounts payable activities. * Coordinate shared resources to ensure operational efficiency, including preparing employee overtime lists. * Review budget proposals for completeness and recommend required modifications. * Review client and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Track expenditures related to vendors, consultants, and subcontractors. * Support the development and improvement of project, departmental, and corporate processes and procedures. * Prepare RFQs and support bid preparation activities. * Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and recommend corrective actions when required. * Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and QHSSE standards. * Organize project lessons-learned sessions and maintain lessons-learned records. * Lead project risk identification and risk register updates, ensuring mitigation actions are implemented. * Achieve or exceed monthly and annual KPI targets. * Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including arranging client feedback upon project completion. * Perform additional duties as required by management to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 10 years of project management experience within the oil & gas sector, preferably in engineering, fabrication, or EPC projects. Certifications PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
