Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications. Complete retrofit, replacement, and renovation projects according to schedule. Perform preventive maintenance and recommend equipment upgrades when necessary. Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and daily reports. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (project experience preferred). EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC controls.
