Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs Help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and daily reports. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians. Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of commercial HVAC service experience (project experience preferred). EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to learn electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Able in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC controls. Experience with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
