【JOB REQUIREMENTS】

1.Participate in pre-sales and project implementation phases by coordinating operational resources, designing operational processes, and evaluating operational costs based on the proposed solution. 2.Prepare SOPs and deliver operational training to ensure successful project rollout. 3.Escalate and communicate exception issues, and drive local teams to prepare necessary resources for project deployment. 4.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and ensure smooth project implementation. 5.Lead overall solution planning during the pre-sales phase and support the sales team with project cost estimation. 6.Manage solution and process implementation during the execution phase, including drafting and delivering the Statement of Work (SOW).
