Description The Project Install Helper will support installation projects while learning trade and gaining hands-on experience. Helping to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial buildings. Assisting with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Loading and unloading HVAC equipment, tools, and materials. Carrying and staging materials at the job site for technicians and installers. Following instructions from HVAC technicians or project supervisors. Handing tools and parts to technicians during installation. Helping to measure, cut, and assemble ductwork or piping. Preparing job sites before installation begins. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Disposing of old equipment and debris properly. Helping to set and secure HVAC units, condensers, air handlers, and thermostats. Assisting with basic wiring, insulation, and mounting equipment. Following all company and OSHA safety guidelines. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. Requirements · Ability to lift 50+ pounds · Basic hand tool knowledge · Good teamwork and communication skills · Ability to follow instructions and learn HVAC installation procedures
